Shipments and Returns


It normally takes 3-7 business days to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.


Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

When an order is placed, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of items purchased and the shipping options chosen.


You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We can not accept returns of perishable food items. We cannot resell a perishable food item that has not always been in our control. We can accept returns of non-perishable items as long as it is within 30 days after receiving your order. We cannot accept returns of opened or partially consumed items.
